Situated across two beautiful studio rooms – the Pilates Reformer Studio and the Yoga Studio – we offer an exciting range of classes, with something to suit all experience levels. Find your flow in a hot yoga or non-heated yoga class, discover stability in Pilates, slow down and unwind with meditation, yoga nidra and yin yoga, and give back to the community with our charity classes and events.

Align Yoga

Find awareness of mind and body in this alignment-based class. With a focus on stability, detail and precision, our props-based practice will leave you feeling connected in every way.Suitable for all levels, options provided for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Align Reformer

Find stability, alignment and confidence in a slower-paced Align class. Suitable for most levels, whether you’re a newbie or a long time Reformer lover looking to slow down and focus on form. Suitable during pregnancy, but please disclose with your instructor so they can make adjustments.

Adult Ballet (All Levels)

Revisit your love of dance or come and try something new. You’ll be led through foundational ballet exercises including stretching and strengthening on the mat, a great way to build balance, strength, agility, and coordination. Like training at a ballet company, but for adult beginners. No dance experience is required.Not suitable during pregnancy.

Ab Lab Reformer

This class focuses on getting your core worked to the max in a half hour time frame. Fantastic for those who are short on time, or those who want to add on a bit extra to their other classes. Ab lab will help you develop your deep core, a cornerstone of the Pilates practice.
